Winding

New or long-stored watches should be hand-wound (about 20-30 crown turns) before wearing, to build initial mainspring tension. Once worn regularly, the automatic rotor keeps the watch wound through normal wrist motion.

Water Resistance

Confirm the crown is fully pushed in (and screwed down, if applicable) before any water exposure. Never operate the crown while the watch is wet or submerged. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to saltwater or chlorine, and avoid sudden, extreme temperature changes.

Service Interval

We recommend a full movement service every 3-5 years to maintain accuracy and protect against wear — standard guidance for mechanical movements.

Warranty Service

If your watch needs service or repair under warranty, reach out via the Contact link with your order details and we'll walk you through next steps.
