Somewhere in Texas, a first automatic watch stopped working the way it should. Most people would have mailed it off to a service center. Instead, the back came off, the movement came apart, and something shifted — not in the watch, but in the person holding it.
That repair worked. And that was the beginning of everything. Dozens of watches followed — built, broken down, serviced, decorated, and rebuilt again. Each one a lesson. Each one a step closer to a question that kept surfacing: what if I designed my own?
Liberi was born from that question. Not from a factory floor or an investor deck — from years of self-taught obsession, from studying the parts of other watches that felt right and asking why, from the belief that a watch built by one person who genuinely loves the craft carries something inside it that mass production never can.
